Golden opportunity for all students to get a scholarship
Online applications are being invited from the students for the session 2022 - 23 to get a meritorious scholarship.
The process of applying for the meritorious scholarship provided by the Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi has started.
This meritorious scholarship is given to the students of all classes and if the parents of any student do a government job, then this scholarship is also given to those students.
Important details related to scholarship -
1. This scholarship is given according to the examination results of the previous class. If the student has 60 marks in the Sanskrit subject in the previous class and 60% marks in aggregate of all subjects, then that student is eligible to fill the form of this meritorious scholarship.
2. Special Discount
For the Other Backward Class (OBC) category, 55% marks in the previous class, and 50% marks for Scheduled Caste (SC), Tribe (ST) and Divyang category (PH) students are required.
3. Under this scholarship, an amount of ₹ 6000 is given annually to the selected students for the first year and second year of Prakshastri. And Shastri's first, second, third-year students are given ₹ 8000 per year.
4. This scholarship is given based on merit only.
5 Your email ID, phone number etc. are important to register.
6. This scholarship is sent to your bank account in which the college has no connection. Therefore, the account detail you are filling in while filling out the form, and your Aadhaar card should be linked to that account. Otherwise, even if you are selected, the scholarship will not be credited to your account.
7. Dear students, if you have an account with a Nationalized Bank, especially SBI, PNB, HDFC, or ICICI, then the scholarship will be paid to you immediately.
8. You can also fill out the meritorious scholarship form yourself or your form will be filled by the college on submission of the following documents with details in the college.

The National scholarship portal last date is October 31, 2022. Eligible candidates can apply online for the post-matric scholarship through the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in. The NSP scholarship 2022 system suggests suitable schemes to students for which they are eligible.
